Note: Tennessee requires registration 30 days before any election, with no same-day registration, so don’t wait.
How to Register / What You’ll Need
- Register online: ovr.govote.tn.gov (needs a TN driver’s license or state ID)
- Register by mail: download and mail the application to the Maury County Election Commission
- Register in person: at the Election Commission office, public libraries, county clerk, or register of deeds
- Valid photo ID required to vote: driver’s license or government-issued photo ID (expired IDs OK; student IDs are not accepted)
